Financial - and- analytical group “Pro-Consulting” offers a complete complex of services provided by brokers and dealers to the clients at the domestic fund market in cooperation with strategic partners at the Fund Market of Ukraine "ABD Trade Company", Ltd (License of State Commission on securities and Fund market, the series of АА № 318977 from 14.08.02.).

Trade activity of our Company is based on providing services on conducting “sell-buy”operations of securities of maximal qualitatively at the primary and secondary markets.

Services of brokers

1. Buying and selling securities on behalf of the clients and for their account, including purchase and sale of shares and promissory securities (corporate, municipal and state bonds)
2.  Buying and selling securities bills of exchange on behalf of the clients and for their account
3. Buying and selling securities securities and other financial instruments on behalf of the clients and for their account at the formal markets, such as: First Fund Auction System, Ukrainian Stock Exchange and other trade places.
4. Buying shares from physical persons on behalf and for the account of clients.
5. Acquisiting a shareholding proposed on sale by the Fund of State Property of Ukraine on behalf of the client.

Services of dealers

1. Buying and selling shares from the clients
2. Buying and selling promissory securities (corporate, municipal and state bonds)
3. Buying and selling derivative financial instruments at the formal markets and other trade places, including services to the issuer and  investor for maintaining of quotation of securities at the formal market -  First Fund Auction System as a market-maker.

Consulting and recommendations

Having more then a ten-year experience at the fund market, our Company provides informational – and - analytical and legal support, consulting on entering transactions with securities in book-keeping and tax accounting.

Presence of all necessary infrastructures at the Company, such as: registers of securities, trader of securities, depositary of securities give a possibility of conduction of all operations within a  structure. It reflects positively on a value, quality and time of transactions.
